Your access to feixile.com., account registration, browsing activities, and submission of any customer order signify your full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and other official policies published across our website. If you do not consent to these provisions, you must refrain from using our platform and placing purchases.

User Obligations

While using our website services, you shall provide truthful, complete and up‑to‑date information for your account, billing address and shipping destination. You are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful conduct on our platform, including but not limited to payment fraud, unauthorized commercial resale of our merchandise, intellectual property infringement, attempts to compromise website security, automated scraping or bot data harvesting, and distribution of harmful digital content.

Product Catalog Descriptions

We devote reasonable efforts to deliver accurate product descriptions, photographs and specifications on all product pages. Please note that garment measurements are approximate reference values. Displayed colors may vary due to individual screen settings and production batch differences. Feixile retains the right to correct factual errors, update product availability and adjust content without advance prior notice to site visitors.

Order Processing & Order Rejection

Receipt of an automated order‑confirmation email only confirms we have received your submission; it does not constitute final contract acceptance. We hold the authority to modify item quantities, suspend or fully cancel submitted orders under multiple scenarios: inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, shipping destination restrictions, unsuccessful payment authorization, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation against these Terms. When an order gets cancelled, any funds already captured will be refunded via your original payment channel.

Promotional Campaign Rules

All site promotions, discount codes and special offers come with defined validity windows, eligibility criteria, product exclusions, minimum‑order thresholds and stacking restrictions. All such posted conditions shall prevail. Discount entitlements carry no cash‑redemption value unless mandatory local consumer law explicitly requires otherwise.
